2. Returns & Exchanges

• You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return or exchange.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging.
• Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.
• Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
