WinBagByMe Contest – Specific Terms & Conditions
1. Nature of the Prize and Delivery Timeline
The WinBagByMe contest prize consists of one (1) winning bag designed through the contest experience.
As the product is new and not yet commercially launched, the delivery date of the winning bag is not fixed. While the estimated delivery timeframe is between 4 to 8 weeks after the end of the contest, the winner expressly acknowledges that delivery may take up to twelve (12) months following the conclusion of the contest.
Such delays may result from, but are not limited to, product development, sourcing, production planning, quality control, or other operational constraints inherent to the launch of a new product on the market.
No claim, compensation, or cancellation may be requested by the winner due to delivery delays within this period.
2. Product Development, Adjustments & Improvements
The winning bag is part of a product that is still under development at the time of the contest. As such, the winner acknowledges that minor design adjustments may occur prior to production, including but not limited to:
- Hardware improvements or adjustments
- Lining details
- Stitching techniques
- Construction or finishing refinements
These changes are intended solely to improve product quality, durability, or usability and do not alter the core design or spirit of the selected bag.
The brand reserves the right to implement such improvements as part of its continuous product development process.
3. Colors, Availability & Visual Representation
The contest also serves as a way to better understand color preferences among participants. As a result, not all colors presented during the contest are guaranteed to be offered at the official webshop launch, should some colors prove to have very low demand.
However:
- The contest winner of the bag will receive the product in the exact colors selected, without being asked to change them.
- Slight variations in color tone may occur between on-screen representations and the final leather product due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and natural leather characteristics.
For voucher winners, color availability is subject to stock at the time of redemption. The desired color or configuration may not be available when the voucher is used, in which case the winner may choose from the available options at that time.
4. Vouchers – Conditions & Validity
If the prize includes vouchers, the following conditions apply:
- The use of vouchers is entirely optional, and the winner is under no obligation to redeem them
- Vouchers will be valid for twelve (12) months from the official launch date of the brand’s webshop.
- The webshop launch date is not fixed and is currently estimated to take place during 2026.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other monetary compensation.
5. No Cash Alternative & No Exchange
Under no circumstances:
- Can the winning bag be exchanged for money or any other product.
- Can vouchers be exchanged for cash.
- Can compensation be claimed if the webshop launch is postponed or, in exceptional cases, cancelled.
The prize is strictly limited to what is described in the contest and holds no monetary equivalence.
6. Acknowledgment of Market Uncertainty
By participating in the WinBagByMe contest, entrants acknowledge that launching a new product involves inherent uncertainties. Production timelines, supply chains, and operational planning may evolve, and not all delays or changes can be anticipated in advance.
Participation in the contest implies full acceptance of these conditions.
