2. Returns & Exchanges
- You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return or exchange.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging.
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.
- Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
